Hiring Process
ProActive Strategies’ process is based on integrity and respect. We don’t engage in flipping resumes, posting phantom positions or submitting candidates blindly into clients. We share all the details of the positions including the name of the company/client except where confidential as explicitly directed by our client.
With over 25 years of IT services and industry experience in hands-on delivery, management, and staff fulfillment, we understand that every opportunity is unique. We collaborate strategically with our clients. Our long term relationships provide detailed insight into their immediate IT resourcing needs as well as upcoming and future needs, whether to scale existing employee staff or address projects and organizational initiatives.
During the initial call or meeting, we’ll have a deep discussion of your goals and objectives, and skills and experience to determine whether there’s a match to a specific immediate opportunity, an upcoming project or staffing need, or to a strategic client that may be interested your skills and experience regardless of any position openings.
After our presentation and discussion with the hiring manager, we’ll facilitate and coach you for any and all phone and face-to-face interviews, providing further details of the specific position, company and the individuals with whom you’ll be interviewing.
At every step along the way we’ll have follow-up discussions to ensure proper fit with the position and culture and answer any questions and/or follow-up with further information. We’ll facilitate and assist with negotiation of an offer or contract agreement and help you transition into your new position and beyond.
